Commercial terms

No surprise line items at launch.

Payment: Starter and Growth projects use 50% to begin and 50% before launch. Custom projects may use written milestones.
Revisions: The proposal states review rounds and decision makers. New directions or pages are change requests, not hidden inside “unlimited revisions.”
Ownership: Domain, DNS, source, content, licenses, forms, analytics, and profiles are assigned in an ownership matrix.
Support: The post-launch window covers defects in delivered work. New content, features, campaigns, and vendor changes are separate.
Third parties: Hosting, domains, software, API, transaction, stock, and platform fees are listed or paid directly by the client.
