Agreement to Terms
By accessing dallaswebdesign.io or engaging our web design services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, do not use our website or services.
Services
Dallas Web Design provides website design, development, and related digital services for businesses. The scope, timeline, and deliverables for each project are defined in a separate project agreement or proposal provided before work begins.
Payment Terms
- A 50% deposit is required before work begins on any project.
- The remaining 50% is due upon completion, before the website goes live.
- Custom projects may use a milestone schedule stated in the project agreement.
- Any recurring hosting or maintenance terms are stated separately and billed according to that agreement.
Intellectual Property
Ownership and license rights are defined in the project agreement and ownership matrix. Third-party assets, fonts, software, plugins, platforms, and stock media remain subject to their respective licenses. We may display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing content, images, branding materials, and timely feedback as outlined in your project agreement. Delays in providing required materials may extend the project timeline.
Website Hosting
Hosting and maintenance, when purchased, are governed by the service period, cancellation terms, response boundary, and handoff terms in the applicable project or care agreement.
Limitation of Liability
Dallas Web Design is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
Revisions and Changes
Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as specified in your project agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges.
Termination
Either party may terminate a project with written notice. If you terminate a project after work has begun, the deposit is non-refundable. We will deliver all completed work up to the point of termination.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
